Remember that we do not take attention away from a pet while it is being styled or when driving, so please leave a message so we can return it as soon as possible. Rest assured you will get a return call within 1-2 business days. Phone calls are generally returned in the afternoon. 
Grooming is by appointment only. Walk up nail trims welcome if you see our van in a driveway in your neighborhood!
  Cancellation Policy: As a growing business, I am usually booked a day to a week in advance and the majority of clients have prebooked standing appointments. I work in a different city or neighborhood each day. This is a blessing, but makes it very difficult to recoup financial losses from last minute cancellations or no shows. It also does not allow us to rebook the empty spot with a waiting list client . We understand family emergencies and pet sickness, and will accomodate those as best we can, within reason.
Cancellation Policy:
  • All clients must have a credit card on file prior to their first appointment.
  • Cancellations by phone, text, or email with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $60 per pet fee, payable BEFORE your next rescheduled appointment. Payment taken immediately via credit card on file.
  • No shows at the door( or calls/emails/texts after 8 am (for morning appts) or 12 pm (for afternoon appts)  are subject to a $60 fee  PER PET to cover gas and time incurred from driving to your location, payable BEFORE your next rescheduled appointment. Payment taken immediately via credit card on file.
  • On the second occurrence of last minute canellation or no show for any reason, we will teminate services.
