New Cancellation Policy effective 1/18/2012. As a growing business, I am usually booked 2-4 weeks in advance and the majority of clients have prebooked standing appointments. I work in a different city or neighborhood each day. This is a blessing, but makes it very difficult for me to recoup financial losses from last minute cancellations or no shows. It also does not allow us to rebook the empty spot with a waiting list client. We understand family emergencies and pet sickness, and will accomodate those as best we can, within reason.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations by phone, text, or email with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $20 per pet fee, payable BEFORE your next rescheduled appointment.
- No shows at the door are subject to a $40 fee to cover gas and time incurred from driving to your location, payable BEFORE your next rescheduled appointment.
- On the second occurrence of last minute cancellation or no show, customers must prepay for the entire visit before we can come to your location to groom your pet.
